At the end of 2018, 26 long-term construction projects were officially registered in Primorye, in which about 4,000 people should live.

Governor Oleg Kozhemyako set the task of solving the problem and eradicating the concept of defrauded equity holders in the region. The development of the mechanism was entrusted to the regional development institute of the Primorsky Territory Development Corporation JSC.

At the regional level, the regional law No. 465-kz "On assistance to the development of construction in the Primorsky Territory" was developed. Also, amendments were made to the regional laws No. 90 and the law No. 395-kz was developed on the payment of compensation to defrauded citizens.

Development Corporation of Primorsky Region JSC carries out a full range of works on the commissioning of problem houses in Primorye, namely, incoming control and analysis of the developer's design and estimate documentation, control over the construction progress, and putting the problem object into operation.

The department for shared construction of the DCPR JSC performs all the work on receiving and considering applications, preparing documentation, reports and interacting with equity holders. A curator is assigned to each object.
