The beach area in Ambavozy Bay is one of the favorite places for recreation of the townspeople of Artyom and Vladivostok. The bay is chosen for kiting, surfing and SUP-walks. As the vacationers themselves say, “the smooth seabed makes it convenient to swim with small children, there are no sewage drains and there are practically no cross jellyfish” - there are many advantages.
In 2009 the beach area became part of the Primorye gambling zone project, due to which the beach area should be landscaped in accordance with the concept of developing a tourist resort. How exactly it is arranged is still under discussion. In the near future, a meeting with the designers should take place in order to preserve the dignity of the recreational zone, while making it more comfortable for vacationers.
As part of the construction of road infrastructure, an asphalted road with handrails provided for by the project has already been connected to the beach. At the same time, people are not prohibited from entering the beach area: “There is an opportunity not to restrict entry to people who are accustomed to rest here,” notes the management of KRPK JSC.
Within the framework of the workshops, various options for the development of the territory are considered, including a proposal to limit the entry of cars to the beach in order to preserve the environment. At the same time, it is necessary to create a parking zone at the entrance to the gambling zone, as well as to create a network of internal transport.
According to the management of PKDC JSC, recreation in the Primorsky Territory should become more civilized, but at the same time remain comfortable for people - this is the position of the authorities and the developer responsible for the development of a gambling resort in Muravyinaya Bay.
