According to Andrei Tarasenko, construction of infrastructure for the new facilities is continuing in Primorye.
«Primorsky Kari Development Corporation» is responsible for the creation of an engineering infrastructure - the construction of a road network, a water supply and water disposal network, communications, and electricity and heat supply capacity. Most of the facilities have already been designed, the main work is planned to be carried out in 2018-2019. In the near future contractors will start construction of the second stage of the water supply network and several sectors of the road», the Governor said.
Construction investing is planned from several sources, including the proceeds from the sale of the land plots on the integrated resort «Primorye».
«Currently, we have 10 free sites with a total area of 60,8 hectares. A are already negotiating number of potential investors », said Andrei Tarasenko.
In addition, within the framework of the gambling zone project, seven investment agreements have been concluded with a total investment volume of over 65 billion rubles.
